How to Set Goals That Stick
Want to make 2025 your strongest year yet? Here’s how to set SMART goals that keep you on track:
✅ Specific – Instead of “I want to run more,” set a goal like “I will run 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.”
✅ Measurable – Track your progress with a running journal, watch or an app to see improvements over time.
✅ Achievable – Set goals that challenge you but are realistic given your current fitness level and schedule.
✅ Relevant – Align your goals with what truly matters to you, whether it’s speed, endurance, or consistency.
✅ Time-Bound – Give yourself a deadline: “I will run my first 10K by end of April.”
Pro Tip: Break big goals into smaller milestones. Celebrating small wins along the way keeps motivation high!
